they dont deserve even 1 star..i was buy a ticket for my family on 1 june for july trip, to Romania..my trip should start in 23 july to Romania and the date to come back in London was 24 august..they put me on the return ticket wrong date like next day when arrive in Romania..they are stupid but the problem is cause i cant talk with them..dont wanna answer,even i send them 40 emails, and nothing..stay away if you dont wanna lose your money..THEY ARE RUBBISH..!
This airline is the worst ever, there are no words to discribe all the horrid experiences over the years-wish it would just go bust-would make all our lives happier.

I had a flight booked to Romania and I received an email saying that this has been changed to different times and if I am not happy with the changes I could request a refund.
I called today and the agent said this is not possible as I already changed the inbound which had nothing to do with the outbound. Then I mentioned that I will share my experience on Social Media and if I could have his name. He refused to give his name and then he hanged up on me! I called again and when I was about to be transferred to someone, the call was ended. I was completely shocked of this attitude, just couldn't believe you could still get this kind of customer services in the UK. This person shouldn't be working for this airline!
The worse flying company. They do whatever they can not to refund the cancelled flights. The website barely works. Miserable system, poor company values.

BECAUSE I WAS WAITNG MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR, EVEN THE GUT FROM THE SECURITY WENT AFTER BLUE AIR STAFF, Apparently they HAVE to be there with 3 hours early than flight. ( not her business anyways)

The worst company I ever flyed. They don't have a positive customer service and if you have any unclear information you don't have any one to asking.
Flights are on time. The boarding is messed up- no social distancing, their team is not wearing proper masks, no gloves. This makes me think that the management doesn't care about their well-being.
The airplane was not clean.
This is a last-resort airline if you badly need it, but should not be your first choice.
I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD. Waiting for a refund since July for flights they cancelled. Phone lines are automated, so you cannot contact them. Their chat is switched on. Automated email response. I think they are about to go bust. People do not book flight with them, you will not get you money back

They ignore you when you fill in online forms, they don't answer calls, they just keep you on the line for literally hours and then put on a recording saying they've had a problem and drop the line...
AVOID, if you have any issues or need to contact them for anything, you won't be able!!
This company is the same as blue-air.ro, blueairweb.com and all other variations - it's almost as they want to confuse you with different domains...
I'm waiting for a refund about 5 months. It's not possible to reach them over the phone and I get the same email saying We are sorry, we will make a refund.
Which they can send forever. No support, no resolving the problem.
Very bad customer service, very long waiting times on the phone (told 5 minutes and waited 35), no reply to emails requesting refund instead of voucher, bad experience with luggage several times. Avoid.

The worst site and company, guys honestly you better go bankrupt rather than having a site that does not work, people can t check in and not having a proper customer service number. I had to pay money calling you for a check in that should have been easy through the site. Who covers these expenses? Not to mention that you charge one more time for a luggage that I paid already... Never again...
